  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup white sugar

  • Grownup Version
Instead if vanilla, add coconut run and some cocunut flakes if you like to the Best recipe.
On all of the above, just combine all the ingredients till mixed.

This first one is actually published in a cookbook with my name.

    Chicken Spaghetti
    5 boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 cloves garlic (chopped)
    3 stalks celery (chopped)
    1 onion (chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can rotel
    ½ pound velveeta cheese (squared)
    1 jar mushrooms
    1 bag spaghetti

Cook the chicken with the garlic, celery and onion in water (Make sure the chicken is completely covered in water). Boil till chicken is done.  Remove only the chicken and then cook the spaghetti in broth.  When done, drain and mix spaghetti mixture with all other ingredients except chicken.  Tear chicken into pieces and add to mixture. Place in large baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Chicken and Rice
    4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    Cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    1 box chicken rice-a-roni
    ½ pound velveeta cheese (cubed)

Cook rice-a-roni as directed.  Boil chicken till done, then combine all ingredients in a baking dish, tearing the chicken into pieces.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

9 can soup       This recipe is great for leftovers and a cold day.

    1 can ranch style beans
1 can stewed tomatoes or diced
    1 can rotel
    4 cans minestrone soup
    1 can water

Combine all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

    Best Ever  Chicken and Dumplings
In a crock pot combine 2 cups cooked chicken (or I use 3 cans of chicken, water drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 soup cans water
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules (I have also used 2 cubes)
    ½ tsp. pepper
1- 8 pack can of buttermilk biscuits (1/4’d) (I cut them into 4’s with a pair of scissors)
Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours.  This recipe can also be doubled.

Texas lasagna     (This recipe is so easy once you do it the first time and it makes a lot.)
    1 ½ pound ground beef
    1 onion (chopped)
    2 clovees garlic (minced)
    2 cans chili beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can rotel
    Flour tortillas
    2 cups cheese

Cook beef with onion and garlic till done.  Then add all ingredients together except cheese and tortillas.  Once mixed, Layer small amount of meat mixture in a glass baking dish, then top with torn tortilla pieces (1/4’d)  Add another layer of meat mixture, then top with tortillas and then put remaining meat mixture on top.  Bake 40 minutes at 250 degrees.  Top with cheese last 5 minutes of baking.   I serve this with chips to dip in the mixture.  Very yummy.

    Crunchy Beef Bake
1 Package elbow macaroni (cook till tender.  I usually only use 2/3 of the box for the recipe and save the other 1/3 part for the girls to have some noodles for lunch the next day and top with shredded cheese.)
    1 pound ground beef (cooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
    ¾ cup shredded cheese
    1 can diced tomatoes
    ¼ cup chopped green pepper
    ¾ tsp/ seasoned salt
1-2 cans real French fried onions

Combine all ingredients except the French fried onions.  Bake in clear baking dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Top with French fried onions last 5 minutes.  My family likes to have extra French fried onions on the table to add to theirs when we eat.

    Onion Rings
    ¾ cup evaporated milk
    ¾ cup suger
    ¾ cup water
    2 eggs
    ¾ cup flour

In one bowl combine evaporated milk, sugar, water and eggs.  Mix Thouroughyl.  In another bowl add flour.  Cut onions into round pieces.  Dip in milk mixture, then in flour and repeat.  Fry in deep fryer till done.

    Pina Colada Cake
    1 box white cake mix
    1 medium tub cool whip
    1 can condensed milk
    1 can cream of coconut
    1 bag sweetened coconut

Mix white cake mix according to directions.  Stir in ½ bag of coconut.  Bake as directed.  (I use a bunt pan for mine)  When done, with the end of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.  Mix cream of coconut and condensed milk together.  Pour mixture (slowly) over hot cake and let stand until it is soaked up.  Mix the rest of coconut and cool whip together and top cake with mixture.  (For holidays you can add jelly beans or dye the coconut green.   Make sure to keep refrigerated.

    Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts
     1 cup ketchup
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    16 ounces sliced bacon
    2 cans water chestnuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Add first three ingredients together.  Cut bacon into 3 slices.  Cut bigger water chestnuts in half.  Wrap chestnuts in bacon and hold together with a toothpick.  Place in a baking dish and top with mixture.  Bake 45 to 50 minutes. (I have also wrapped the bacon around little smokies before instead of water chestnuts.)

Combine ingredients for crust and then place in a pie pan.  Combine above ingredients and poor into pie dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

    2 Tbsp. cream cheese
